Delete your Rally account

How to delete your account in Rally (by Tsagaanbayar Mendbayar).

In the app

Open Rally, go to Profile → Delete account and confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

Without the app

Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my Rally account”, from the Apple or Google email address you sign in to Rally with. We delete your account within 7 days and reply when it's done.

What is deleted

Your profile, posts, comments and photos
Your streak, cheat day cards, history and workouts
Groups you created (and their schedules)

Backups are overwritten within 7 days and logs within 30 days. A Rally Pro subscription is billed by Apple or Google and is cancelled in their settings: deleting your account doesn't cancel it.
