Agreement

By using Rally you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Community guidelines. If you don't agree, please don't use Rally.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need your parent's or guardian's permission. Keep your account to yourself; you are responsible for what happens on it.

Your content

You own what you post. By posting, you allow us to host, store and show it to the people you shared it with, for as long as it stays on Rally. You must have the right to share everything you post, including photos of other people.

Zero tolerance for abuse

Rally has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Posts, comments, photos and accounts that break the Community guidelines are removed, and accounts may be suspended or banned without notice. You can report and block anyone from any post, comment or profile.

Rally Pro

• Rally Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (weekly or annual), billed by Apple to your Apple ID.
• If you start a free trial, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the period, in your phone's Settings → Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
• Deleting your Rally account does not cancel the subscription.
• Everything outside Pro (the feed, posting, solo workouts, streaks, leaderboards and joining groups) stays free.

Your health

Rally is not medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting a new exercise routine, especially if you have a health condition. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. You train at your own risk.

Counting and leaderboards

Rep counting by camera is approximate. To keep the leaderboards fair we may correct, hide or remove results that look impossible or were reported as fake.

The service

We work to keep Rally running but can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change features, and we may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Rally is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.
