Train together, be kind

Rally is for people pushing each other to show up every day. Cheer people on, keep it respectful, and remember there is a real person behind every post.

Not allowed

• Nudity or sexual content.
• Hate speech or symbols attacking people for who they are.
• Harassment, bullying, threats or shaming bodies.
• Violence or dangerous acts, including extreme challenges.
• Content that promotes self-harm or eating disorders.
• Spam, scams, ads or selling.
• Fake reps: faking counts, using someone else's video, or anything that cheats the leaderboard.
• Sharing someone's photo, video or personal details without their permission, or recording group calls.

If you see something

Tap ••• on any post or comment, or on a profile, to report it or block the person. Reports are anonymous. A post reported by several people is hidden right away until we review it. We review reports within 24 hours.

What happens next

Content that breaks these rules is removed. Depending on how serious it is, the account gets a warning, a suspension or a permanent ban. Fake results are removed from the leaderboards.

If you are struggling

If you or someone you know is thinking about self-harm, please contact local emergency services or a crisis line right away.
