Common questions
How are reps counted?
Your phone counts your reps from its camera, on the phone itself. In solo workouts the video never leaves your phone; in group calls it goes live to the people in the call. Calls are not recorded.
How do I join a group?
Enter the group's 6-character code in Home → Join with code.
How do I cancel Rally Pro?
On iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Rally. Deleting your account doesn't cancel the subscription.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Delete account. Your account, posts and history are deleted. Without the app: see Delete your account.
Reporting and blocking
Every post, comment and person has a ••• menu to report or block. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
